Between Caroux and Espinouse, we welcome you to the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional of the upper Languedoc, on the way to Santiago de Compostela, at the crossroads of rambler’footpaths. In a pleasant atmosphere and a welcoming setting, our guest rooms are open all year round and present you with numerous services.

Four spacious rooms-small sitting room, covered terrace, garden (maximum 12 people) tasteful decoration (breakfast with local produce), central heating, children’beds, private bathrooms and WCs. We speak English (just a little!) Se habla un poco espanol. Parlem plan occitan !

We also offer the "table d'hôtes", only by reservation in advance because we work a maximum of fresh products.
Of course, we do not breed sheep or harvest not our rice, but we do everything to promote circuits short.
With us, you will find our homemade jams for breakfast, who will have traveled thirty meters between the trees and the pots.
As starters, you will sometimes discover our omelettes with wild asparagus, picked in the spring lower in the plain.
As for the black olives, our "pichoulines" which will accompany the dishes, they also come from our classified land for years in a natural area to be preserved; no problem preservatives, additives, dyes, pesticides!
